It is the responsibility of the customer to understand the costs associated for the event that you would like to return your order.  If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we aim to make the return process as seamless as possible for you. 

1. Review the Returns Policy

Return windows, shipping fees, and exchange eligibility vary by location. Please read the regional policy below to review the policy that applies to your order:

2. Start Your Return

Once you have reviewed your regional policy, click below to enter our Returns portal. You will need your Order Number and Email Address (as used on your order) to begin.

All items in the "sale" section are non-refundable. 

All issued store credits are non-refundable.

 

My tracking says "delivered" but I have not received an order. What should I do?

  1. Check with your household members or neighbours.
  2. Check the details from the courier tracking (photo or GPS maybe included)
  3. Look around your property or safe spot

We’ll open an investigation with the courier (reviewing scan data, GPS, photos, and driver info). This usually takes 4-8weeks by delivery services. 

A signed declaration form from a customer is required to support the claim. Unfortunately, replacements or refunds cannot be issued during the investigation. We appreciate your patience until the process is resolved.

However, we are not responsible for any packages stolen after delivery. In the event of the thefts and stolen packages, we recommend contacting your local police for assistance. 

Damaged items:  Bikinis from Calaswim are handmade and delicate. Please handle with care. We advise you to check and try the bikinis straight away. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48hours at care@calaswim.com with your order number and a photo of the packaging prior to opening and the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. The return must be within 14days from the delivery date.
