I’m actually quite satisfied with the bikini – it’s the second one I’ve ordered from you. However, I’m very disappointed that the bikini bottom was dirty. It had clearly been used before. I really don’t think that’s acceptable. When I buy a new bikini, I expect to receive a brand new item, not something that has already been worn.
Other than that, I’m generally happy with the product.

We’re sorry to hear about your feedback on the condition of the bikini bottom you received. We take hygiene very seriously and have reviewed our fulfillment process thoroughly. The picture has shown no visible stains or have been worn on the Rodella white bikini bottom. The new hygiene sticker is only applied 'after' the bikinis are checked thoroughly. This includes all the beading and embroidery has to be 100% prior to shipping. We reached out to you via email and photos from the packing stage have been sent for your reference(and attached to this response). To note from our record year to date, we do not have any returns on Rodella Bikini Bottom size XS.
