Ordering and Shipping

Do you ship oversea?

Yes, we ship all over the world as outlined in our Shipping Policy. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. There is also a note on size consideration if the item is "true" to size.

How long does it take for my order to be fullfilled?

On weekdays most orders are fullfilled within a few hours - 2 business days after the order is placed. Our fullfillment team does not work on weekends and public holidays of the Netherlands.

I’m going on holiday in a few days. Will I receive my bikinis on time?

You can opt for express shipping. Choose that option and send us an email or a message.
We will do our best to get your bikinis delivered as soon as possible for your vacation. If you order before 12pm (CET), we usually fulfill the order and ship the same day.

I can see that the bikinis have different patterns. Can I request what I prefer?

Yes, you can add a note for your preference when you place the order. We will try our best to match your request. Or after you place the order, you can send a message for bespoke assistance.

If you're not satisfied with the print of the bikini upon receiving it and would like to exchange it for a different print, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We mainly use UPS as our logistics service provider. We offer Express options to most countries.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we completely get it! We change our minds too.

If your order has not been fulfilled and ship, we can cancel your order.

If I refuse my order, will I receive a full refund?

We are sorry to hear you have changed your mind.

We will refund you the amount minus the shipping costs incurred.

For International orders, any taxes or duties imposed by your local government are non-refundable.

If I return an entire order, will I get a full refund?

We are sorry to hear you did not like all the items.

We will refund you the amount minus the shipping costs incurred.

Can I receive my refund via bank transfer if I paid with a credit card?

No, we can only issue refunds to the original payment method used during the purchase.

How long does it take to process a refund after the return has been marked as delivered to our HQ?

It can take up to 5-10 working days to process your return and issue a refund after we receive the items. During this period, we may not actively respond to emails. We appreciate your patience as we handle your return.

Why hasn’t my refund appeared on my card statement yet, even though I received the confirmation?

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund balance to appear after receiving confirmation. We have no control over this timeframe, as it depends on your bank or card issuer. If you have concerns, please contact them directly. Once we process the refund, it is in the hands of your bank.
