Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. There is also a note on size consideration if the item is "true" to size.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

Yes, if the order is not yet fulfilled, we will cancel your order. The refund
will be issued deducting the restocking fee of 3%.

Can I return an Item that doesn't suit me?

Yes, of course if the item is not worn, the hygiene stickers not removed and it is in original state you may return it. You can also choose to order more than 1 item and return the items that don't suit you. We have the option of adding a return label for this at the checkout.

I can see that the bikinis have different patterns. Can I request what I prefer?

Yes, you can add a note for your preference when you place the order. We will try our best to match your request. Or after you place the order, you can send a message for bespoke assistance.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We mainly use UPS, DHL and PostNL as our logistics service providers. We offer Express options to most countries.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world as outlined in our Shipping Policy. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long does it take for my order to be fullfilled?

On weekdays most orders are fullfilled within a few hours after the order is placed. Our fullfillment team does not work on weekends and public holidays of the Netherlands.

I’m going on holiday in a few days. Will I receive my bikinis on time?

You can opt for express shipping. Choose that option and send us an email or a message.
We will do our best to get your bikinis delivered as soon as possible for your vacation. If you order before 11am, we usually fulfill the order and ship the same day.

If I refuse my order, will I receive a full refund?

We are sorry to hear you have changed your mind.

We will refund you the amount minus the shipping cost incurred and a 3% restocking fee.

For international orders we also deduct any incurred taxes and duties.

If I return an entire order, will I get a full refund?
