Return Policy

  • The return must be registered and sent within 14days from the delivery date.  (If you receive the order on Monday, Tuesday counts as DAY 1.)
  • All items must be sent in box; original pouches, unworn, and unwashed with hygiene stickers intact. 
  • All items have to be in the same condition physically and odor. 
  • If you return 4 items or more from your order, you will be charged 2 EUR on each item. 
  • If you would like to exchange the sizes, please place a new order and return the unwanted items.
  • Delivery Address and Contact Details:  We cannot be held liable for the loss if your order is lost or not delivered due to incorrect shipping address.
  • We are not responsible for items that are accidentally returned to us. You may request to have your items sent back again, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred.
  • Please drop off your returns at the designated access points. If you request a collection, the pickup charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • It can take 5-10 working days to process your return orders.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

All items in the "sales" section are non-refundable. 

All issued store credits are non-refundable.

My tracking says "delivered" but I have not received an order. What should I do?

  1. Check with your household members or neighbours.
  2. Check the details from the courier tracking (photo or GPS maybe included)
  3. Look around your property or safe spot

We’ll open an investigation with the courier (reviewing scan data, GPS, photos, and driver info). This usually takes 4-8weeks by delivery services. 

A signed declaration form from a customer is required to support the claim. Unfortunately, replacements or refunds cannot be issued during the investigation. We appreciate your patience until the process is resolved.

However, we are not responsible for any packages stolen after delivery. In the event of the thefts and stolen packages, we recommend contacting your local police for assistance. 

If I still send the return back after 14-day delivery date, what will happen to my late returns?

Please do not send the return back to us if you missed the deadline. Your return will be rejected and you will have to arrange the package back to you at your cost.

However, we understand that buying online is a big challenge due to varying body types and sizing. In an effort to enable returns, we provide hygiene stickers in our items. Please try on all swimwear over your underwear.
