My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received my order. What should I do?

If the package is still missing, please open a support ticket via our Support Chat window within 3 days of the listed delivery date. We will initiate an official investigation with the courier (reviewing scan data, GPS, and driver info). Courier investigations typically take 4–8 weeks. A signed Declaration of Non-Receipt will be required from you to support the claim. Please note that replacements or refunds cannot be issued while an investigation is actively pending.
Damaged or Faulty Items
CALASWIM bikinis are handmade and delicate. We highly advise you to inspect and try on your items immediately upon arrival. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via our Support Chat window within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, a photo of the external packaging prior to opening, and clear photos of the item's condition so our team can resolve the issue swiftly.
