Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped from the Netherlands. (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We use UPS and DHL as our main couriers. Unfortunatelywe cannot send to PO BOXES.

Shipping cost is included over €350

We ship worldwide, including Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and many other countries.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking status and ensuring someone is available to receive the package. Through the tracking link, you also have the option to update the delivery address to the parcel point or provide pre-authorization for drop-off.

Will I pay for Taxes and Duties?

For international orders outside the European Union,  any customs fees or taxes that may be associated with the purchase from CALASWIM are the responsibility of the customer.   We do not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We always recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order.

Shipping to Access Points

It is a customer responsibility to keep an eye for the tracking when the parcel arrives. Don't forget to pick up your orders at the Parcel Points. The Parcel Points usually hold your parcel from 3-5 working days. This depends on the locations. We are not responsible for the parcels that are accidently return to us.

My tracking says "delivered" but I have not received an order. What should I do?

  1. Check with your household members or neighbours.
  2. Check the details from the courier tracking (photo or GPS maybe included)
  3. Look around your property or safe spot

We’ll open an investigation with the courier (reviewing scan data, GPS, photos, and driver info). This usually takes 4-8weeks by delivery services. 

A signed declaration form from a customer is required to support the claim. Unfortunately, replacements or refunds cannot be issued during the investigation. We appreciate your patience until the process is resolved.

Cost of Shipping:

All shipments are insured to ensure they arrive in good condition and not lost during transit. 

The cost of insurance is included with your order however is non-refundable in the event of the return part of the order or the entire order, as per the chart below:

However, we are not responsible for any packages stolen after delivery. In the even of thefts and stolen packages, we recommend contacting your local police for assistance.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery period of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@calaswim.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
