Shipping Policy

Most of our orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from Michigan, USA. No tariffs or additional taxes!  You will receive another email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Some items not in stock at our Michigan location may ship from overseas. We will ship these DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). 

US orders over $350 qualify for free shipping. All shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout.

Can I cancel my order? 

  • No, unfortunately the orders are being processed very quickly. It’s not possible to cancel your order. 

My tracking says "delivered" but I have not received an order. What should I do?

  1. Check with your household members or neighbours.
  2. Check the details from the courier tracking (Photo or GPS maybe included)
  3. Look around your property or safe spot.

We’ll open an investigation with the courier (reviewing scan data, GPS, photos, and driver info). This usually takes 4-8weeks by delivery services. 

A signed declaration form from a customer is required to support the claim. Unfortunately, replacements or store credit cannot be issued during the investigation. We appreciate your patience until the process is resolved.

However, we are not responsible for any packages stolen after delivery. In the even of thefts and stolen packages, we recommend contacting your local police for assistance.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery period of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@calaswim.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
