EU - Returns
Return Policy
- The return must be registered and sent within 14days from the delivery date. (If you receive the order on Monday, Tuesday counts as DAY 1.)
- All items must be sent in box; original pouches, unworn, and unwashed with hygiene stickers intact.
- The items cannot be sent back in a plastic bag.
- All items have to be in the same condition physically and odor.
- If you return more than 4 items from your order, you will be charged 2 EUR on each item.
- If you would like to exchange the sizes, please place a new order and return the unwanted items.
- Delivery Address and Contact Details: We cannot be held liable for the loss if your order is lost or not delivered due to incorrect shipping address.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- The cost of shipping your order is non-refundable. This includes insurance costs depending on the value of the order. As described in our Shipping Policy.
- We are not responsible for items that are accidentally returned to us. You may request to have your items sent back again, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred.
- Please drop off your returns at the designated access points. If you request a collection, the pickup charges will be deducted from your refund.
- It can take 5-10 working days to process your return orders.
All items in the "sales" section are non-refundable.
All issued store credits are non-refundable.
If I return an entire order, will I get a full refund?
We are sorry to hear that you did not like the items.
We will refund you the amount minus the shipping cost that's included.

Cost of Shipping:
All shipments are insured to ensure they arrive in good condition and not lost during transit.
The cost of insurance is included with your order however it is non-refundable in the event of the return part of the order (€401 and over) or the entire order, as per the chart below:

However, we are not responsible for any packages stolen after delivery. In the event of the thefts and stolen packages, we recommend contacting your local police for assistance.
If I still send the return back after 14-day delivery dare, what will happen to my late returns?
Please do not send the return back to us if you missed the deadline. Your return will be rejected and you will have to arrange the package back to you at your cost.

For hygiene considerations, According to the European Consumer Centre Netherlands: Swimwear is in the category of products where returns are not mandated for hygienic reasons. However, we understand that buying online is a big challenge due to varying body types and sizing. In an effort to enable returns, we provide hygiene stickers in our items. Please try on all swimwear over your underwear.
